What is it?
Chicken with chilies (辣子鸡, pinyin: Là Zǐ Jī; literally “Spicy chicken”) is a well-known Sichuan-style Chinese dish. It consists of marinated, deep-fried pieces of chicken that are then stir-fried with garlic, ginger, and chili peppers. The chicken and chilies are served together and diners use chopsticks to pick out the pieces of chicken, leaving the chilies in the bowl.
Most Spicy deep fried chicken here are prepared without bones. But back in Szechuan, no one would ever enjoy this dish without bones. Trust me, it taste better.
The most authentic Szechuan Restaurant.
This one isn’t so big, is not in Chinatown, is usually not on the list of top restaurant in almost every list. But still my favorite and as far as I’m concerned, the most authentic szechuan restaurant so far. Check out LA VIE EN SZECHUAN
