Yes it is dumpling but it’s steamed and then PAN-FRIED. Everything pan-fried taste so much better coz you can enjoy both the juicy tend meat and crisp wrapper. I love to have it with soy-source and chilli, but it’s totally up to you what kind of source you choose.

The store is not big, most people choose to go instead of dinning in. But it’s definitely the most authentic and tasty GuoTie (pan-fried dumpling) in this city. Check it out!
