Har Gow

What it is?

It’s a delicate steamed dumpling with whole or chopped-up shrimp filling and thin wheat starch skin. Usually go with soy source.

One of the must orders at dim sum place

where can I eat this?

You can try Grant Harmony at China town. It’s really authentic. Cantonese grandpas and grandmas would go there for breakfast tea ( like like brunch). Just be prepared, dinning environment might not be fancy and waitress may not speak fluent English (yes what the hell this is America). But for the food…it’s all worth it!
